Tacoma, Wash., May 6 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $5 million of floating-rate notes due May 7, 2021 linked to the 10-year Constant Maturity Swap rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is 70% of the 10-year CMS rate, subject to a minimum coupon of 2% per year. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
