Electra Private Equity adjusts conversion price of 5% convertibles

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, June 10 – Electra Private Equity plc adjusted the conversion price of its 5% subordinated convertible bonds due 2017, according to a notice with the London Stock Exchange.

Effective June 4, the conversion price is 2,025 pence, down from 2,050p.

The adjustment is due to the company’s ordinary shares trading ex-dividend for the dividend payable on July 24.

London-based Electra is a closed-ended equity investment fund.
