New Issue: Israel’s Elbit Systems prices NIS 1.9 billion notes in three tranches

Columbus, Ohio, July 7 – Elbit Systems Ltd. priced NIS 1.9 billion of notes in three tranches in Israel under a Sept. 30, 2020 shelf prospectus, according to a company news release.

The notes include NIS 1.5 billion of 1.08% eight-year notes; NIS 200 million of 2.12% eight-year notes that are subject to adjustment based on changes in the shekel-to-dollar exchange rate; and NIS 200 million of 2.67% 14-year notes that are subject to adjustment based on changes in the shekel-to-dollar exchange rate.

The Regulation S notes will be listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and were offered in a uniform public offering.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The international technology company is engaged in defense, homeland security and commercial programs and based in Haifa, Israel.
