Israel’s Elbit Systems plans notes issue

Concord, N.H., June 10 – Elbit Systems Ltd. said it is planning to issue notes in Israel under a Sept. 30, 2020 shelf prospectus, according to a company news release.

The Regulation S notes will be listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and offered in a uniform public offering.

The amount, terms and timing have not yet been determined and are subject to further approvals by the company’s board of directors and the regulatory authorities.

The international technology company is engaged in defense, homeland security and commercial programs and based in Haifa, Israel.
