Israel's Elbit Medical Imaging to issue additional NIS 68 million in debentures

New York, June 12 - Elbit Medical Imaging Ltd. said it plans to issue another NIS 68 million of unsecured non-convertible series A debentures to investors in Israel.

The new issue will be in addition to the NIS 400 million of series A debentures and NIS 59 million of series B debentures, which were sold in February and March.

The Tel Aviv-based company is engaged principally in the development of commercial and entertainment centers in central and eastern Europe.
