China's E-Land Fashion marketing $200 million three-year senior notes via Morgan Stanley

St. Louis, July 16 - E-Land Fashion China Holdings Ltd. is expected to price a $200 million offering of three-year senior unsecured notes (Ba2/BB-) during the July 19 week following a global roadshow, according to a market source.

Morgan Stanley has the books.

The Shanghai-base women's apparel company will use the proceeds to fund capital expenditures and to expand its network.
