New Issue: Eksportfinans prices $12 million add-on to 0% notes linked to Topix

New York, Jan. 25 - Eksportfinans ASA priced a $12.006 million add-on to its previously priced issue of $73.074 million of 0% enhanced-participation notes due April 26, 2007 linked to the Topix index.

As previously announced on Jan. 17, the redemption amount depends on the performance of the index on April 16, 2007, the price determination date. If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, investors will receive three times the gain on the index, capped at a payout of 130.6%. The appreciation cap is 110.2% of the initial index level. If the final index level is less than the initial level, investors share in any losses.
