New York, Dec. 23 - Eksportfinans ASA priced $32.44 million 0% enhanced-participation notes due April 5, 2007 linked to the Topix index.

The redemption amount depends on the performance of the index on March 30, 2007, the price determination date. If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, investors will receive three times the gain on the index, capped at a payout of 131.8%. If the final index level is less than the initial level, investors share in any losses.
