New Issue: Goldman prices $6.16 million leveraged buffered notes on MSCI EAFE for Eksportfinans

New York, May 25 - Eksportfinans ASA priced $6.16 million of 0% leveraged buffered index-linked notes due Nov. 30, 2012 linked to the MSCI EAFE index via Goldman Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,189.75 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
