New Issue: Wells Fargo sells $1.17 million enhanced growth notes on MSCI EAFE for Eksportfinans

Chicago, Feb. 26 - Eksportfinans ASA priced $1.17 million of 0% enhanced growth securities with leveraged upside and buffered downside due March 5, 2012 based on the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund via Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, up to a maximum payout of $1,200 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% per 1% decline beyond the buffer.
