Morgan Stanley to sell PLUS linked to S&P 500 index for Eksportfinans

Chicago, May 22 - Eksportfinans ASA plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due July 28, 2010 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. is the agent.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum payment of $11.78 to $12.28 per note. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will be exposed to any decline in the index.

The notes will price and settle in June.
