New Issue: Goldman Sachs sells $5.2 million notes on MSCI Emerging Markets for Eksportfinans

Chicago, April 24 - Eksportfinans ASA priced $5.2 million of 0% notes due Nov. 8, 2010 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. is the agent.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2.5 times any gain in the fund shares, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,543.75 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Investors will share in any losses.
