Goldman plans notes linked to MSCI Emerging Markets for Eksportfinans

Chicago, April 21 - Eksportfinans ASA plans to price 0% notes linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund via Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will mature 18 to 21 months after the issue date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2.5 times any gain in fund shares, up to a maximum settlement amount of between $1,475 and $1,550 per $1,000 note. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will share in any losses.

The pricing and settlement dates were not disclosed in the filing.
