Goldman Sachs to price notes linked to Topix for Eksportfinans

New York, Dec. 18 - Eksportfinans ASA plans to price 0% equity index-linked notes tied to the Topix index via Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The tenor of the notes will be 18 to 20 months.

If the final index level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain. Investors will share in any losses.
