Morgan Stanley to sell PLUS linked to S&P 500 for Eksportfinans

Chicago, Oct. 26 - Eksportfinans ASA plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Dec. 28, 2010 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. is the agent.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum return of $11.20 to $11.60 per note with exact amount to be set at pricing.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

The notes will price and settle in November.
