Natixis to price buffered notes linked to SPDR S&P Homebuilders ETF for Eksportfinans

New York, Aug. 8 - Eksportfinans ASA plans to price buffered notes linked to the SPDR S&P Homebuilders exchange-traded fund via Natixis Securities North America Inc., according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will mature 24 to 26 months after the issue date.

Payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the index, capped at 155% of par, with the exact maximum redemption amount to be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will be exposed to losses beyond 25%.

The notes will price on Aug. 22 and settle on Aug. 27.
