Wachovia to price 0% enhanced growth securities linked to S&P 500 for Eksportfinans

Chicago, July 7 - Eksportfinans ASA plans to price 0% enhanced growth securities with leveraged upside and buffered downside due Aug. 15, 2011 linked to the S&P 500 index via agent Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Payout at maturity will be par plus 1½ times any index gain, up to a maximum payment of $1,330 to $1,350 per $1,000 note. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

If the index finishes below 85% of its initial level, investors will lose 1.17647% for each 1% drop.

The notes will price sometime in 2008.
