Deutsche Bank to price leveraged upside notes on DB X-Alpha USD Excess Return for Eksportfinans

Chicago, May 2 - Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. plans to price 0% leveraged upside securities due May 15, 2013 linked to the Deutsche Bank X-Alpha USD Excess Return index for issuer Eksportfinans ASA, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Payout at maturity will be par plus 250% of any gain on the index. Investors will be exposed to any decline in the index.

The notes are expected to price May 12 and settle May 15.
