Natixis to price buffered return enhanced notes linked to Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund for Eksportfinans

Philadelphia, Nov. 18 - Eksportfinans ASA plans to price 0% buffered return enhanced notes due May 28, 2010 linked to the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund via Natixis Securities North America Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Payout at maturity will be par plus triple any gain on the fund's share price, up to a maximum return of 55.5%, or $1,555.00. Investors will receive par if the share price falls by up to 10% of its initial price and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

The notes are expected to price Nov. 25 and settle Dec. 1.
