Natixis to sell notes tied to Energy Select Sector SPDR fund for Eksportfinans

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 6 - Eksportfinans ASA plans to price 0% buffered return enhanced notes due May 26, 2010 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund via underwriter Natixis Securities North America Inc., according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any increase in the fund's share price, subject to a maximum return of 34%. Investors will receive par if the share price declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the share price declines beyond 10%.

The notes will price on Nov. 21 and settle on Nov. 26.
