Morgan Stanley to price PLUS notes linked to Dow Jones Industrial Average for Eksportfinans

Chicago, Jan. 28 - Eksportfinans ASA plans to price an offering of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities (PLUS) due March 20, 2009 linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average via Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus triple any gain on the index, capped at a payout of between $11.60 and $11.80 per note, with the exact cap to be set at pricing.

Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.

Application has been made to list the notes on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol "DOY."

The securities will price and settle in February.
