Eksportfinans to price notes linked to Dow Jones - AIG Commodity via Banc of America

New York, Aug. 31 - Eksportfinans ASA plans to price commodity-linked notes due Sept. 28, 2012 linked to the Dow Jones - AIG Commodity index, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any percentage increase in the index times a participation rate of at least 100%. Investors will receive at least par.
The notes will price on Sept. 25 and settle on Sept. 28.
Banc of America Securities LLC is the agent.
