New York, Aug. 24 - Goldman, Sachs & Co. priced a $9.85 million issue of 0% triple-up appreciation index-linked notes due Oct. 7, 2008 linked to the S&P 500 index for issuer Eksportfinans ASA, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is equal to or greater than 106.05% of the initial level, investors will receive the maximum redemption amount of 118.15%.
If the final index level is greater than the initial level and less than 106.05% of the initial level, investors will receive par plus triple the return.
Investors will receive at least par.
