Eksportfinans to issue bull notes linked to Turkish lira via Goldman Sachs

New York, July 31 - Eksportfinans ASA plans to price 0% bull notes linked to the Turkish lira via underwriter Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be linked to a basket of long positions in the Turkish lira versus the dollar and versus the euro, each weighted at 50%.

At maturity, investors will receive 98% of par plus the product of any basket return and the performance across the life of the notes of the Turkish lira against the dollar.

The payout will be at least 98% of par.
