New Issue: Goldman Sachs upsizes MSCI EAFE-linked notes to $39.7 million for Eksportfinans

Seattle, Oct. 18 - Eksportfinans ASA priced an additional $795,000 of 0% enhanced participation notes due May 19, 2010 linked to the MSCI EAFE index via Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company originally priced $38.9 million of the notes on Oct. 4. The total amount of notes priced is now $39.7 million.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of the index gain. Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
