Eksportfinans plans enhanced-participation notes linked to MSCI EAFE via Goldman Sachs

Philadelphia, Oct. 2 - Eksportfinans ASA plans to price 0% enhanced-participation notes linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. is the agent.

The notes are expected to mature in 30 to 33 months.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout will be equal to par plus 120% to 130% of any gain on the index. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing. Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the index.

Pricing and settlement dates are to be determined.
