New Issue: Deutsche prices $152,000 Index+ notes linked to MSCI Emerging Markets for Eksportfinans

New York, Jan. 30 - Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. priced a $152,000 issue of Index+ Notes due Aug. 1, 2008 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index for issuer Eksportfinans ASA, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

At maturity, investors will receive par plus the return on the index plus 10%, as long as the notes are not called.

The notes are callable from Feb. 2, 2007 at 120% of par.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is the underwriter.
