Deutsche to price notes linked to iShares MSCI Emerging Markets for Eksportfinans

Des Moines, Jan. 8 - Eksportfinans ASA said it plans to issue index+ notes linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Index Fund via Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., according to a 424B3 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to mature 18 months after the issue date.

The securities are callable at 121% after one year.

The redemption amount will depend on the performance of the index fund on the determination date. Investors will receive par plus 107.5% of any index return.

Deutsche Bank Securities will be the agent.
