Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 15 - Alder Resources Ltd. said it will raise C$1 million in a private placement of units.
The company will sell 6,666,667 units at C$0.15 apiece on a best-efforts basis. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable at C$0.25 for two years.
Delano Capital Corp. is the agent.
Alder Resources is a natural gas company in Vancouver, B.C.
