Du Pont announces plan to offer senior notes in two tranches

Chicago, May 12 – E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Co., doing business as Corteva Agriscience, plans to offer senior notes in two parts, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include pension plan contributions and debt repayment.

The notes have a 101% change-of-control put.

The issue will have a make-whole call followed by a par call option.

Joint bookrunners for the offering are Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC.
