Egypt sets guidance for benchmark dollar notes in three tranches

Portland, Ore., Feb. 13 – Egypt set guidance on a benchmark dollar-denominated multi-tranche Rule 144A and Regulation S notes offering, a market source said on Tuesday.

The offering includes five-year notes guided at Treasuries plus 305 basis points to 310 bps, 10-year notes guided at Treasuries plus 375 bps to 380 bps and 30-year notes guided at Treasuries plus 480 bps to 485 bps.

Citigroup, First Abu Dhabi Bank, HSBC, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley are managing the deal, which is expected to price on Tuesday, the source said.
