New Issue: Egypt sells $1.5 billion 10-year notes at 6%

Atlanta, June 4 – Egypt printed a $1.5 billion issue of notes due in 2025 (B3/B-/B) at a yield of 6%, a market source said.
The notes were talked at a yield of 6¼%.
BNP Paribas, Citigroup, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley and Natixis Securities were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
Other details were not immediately available on Thursday.
