New Issue: Egypt sells $1.25 billion 10-year bonds to yield 4.493%

New York, Sept. 21- The Arab Republic of Egypt sold $1.25 billion of 10-year bonds (Aaa/AAA) at 99.659 with a 4.45% coupon to yield 4.493%, according to a market source.
The bonds are guaranteed by the United States via the U.S. Agency for International Development.
Morgan Stanley ran the transaction.
