Moody's raises Eesti Energia view to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it changed to positive from stable the outlook on the long-term issuer and senior unsecured A1 ratings of Eesti Energia AS, following an earlier decision by Moody's to change the outlook to positive from stable on Estonia's A1 foreign currency and bond ratings.

The agency noted it affirmed the P-1 short-term rating.

In accordance with Moody's GRI rating methodology, the rating of Eesti Energia reflects the combination of a baseline credit assessment of 4, A1 local currency rating of the Estonian government, medium dependence and high support.
