Atlanta, Jan. 23 - Estonia's Eesti Energia AS priced a €100 million increase of its existing 4¼% notes due Oct. 2, 2018 at 109.085 to yield 2.181%, or mid-swaps plus 112 basis points, according to a company announcement.
Deutsche Bank and Nordea Markets were the bookrunners for the deal.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including financing the company's capital expenditure program.
The eurobond's size now totals €400 million.
The issuer is a utility based in Tallinn.
