Education Resources Institute disclosure statement hearing continued

Charlotte, N.C., Feb. 8 - The Education Resources Institute, Inc.'s hearing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts to approve its disclosure statement was continued to Feb. 24 from Monday, according to an attorney close to the case.
The attorney said there will be further amendments made to the disclosure statement.
TERI, a Boston non-profit access-to-education promoter, filed for bankruptcy on April 7, 2008. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-12540.
