Edserv Softsystems to weigh foreign-currency convertibles proposal

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 1 - Edserv Softsystems Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans to issue foreign-currency convertible bonds at a board of directors meeting on Dec. 4.

The company also is considering Global Depositary Receipts and American Depositary Receipts.

Based in Chennai, India, Edserv is an education company.
