EDP Finance to price euro-denominated seven-year green bearer notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 10 – EDP Finance BV plans to offer euro-denominated seven-year green senior Regulation S bearer notes, according to a market announcement.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., BBVA Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Commerzbank Capital Markets Corp., ICBC, ING, Mizuho Securities USA Inc. and SG Americas Securities LLC are the stabilization managers.

The financial services subsidiary of Energias de Portugal SA is based in Amsterdam.
