Edison Mission Energy discloses post-reorganization board and officers

New York, March 5 - Edison Mission Energy disclosed the members of its reorganization trust oversight board and the board of directors and officers of the company post-reorganization, according to a notice filed March 5 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

The members of the reorganization trust oversight board are Frederic "Jake" Brace, Timothy J. Bernlohr, Kurt M. Cellar, Eugene Davis and Hugh Sawyer.

The members of the board of directors and officers of post-reorganization Edison Mission Energy are Steven Eisenberg, Oded Rhone and Norm Geurts.

Eisenberg will act as the company's president and treasurer; Rhone will be chief financial officer, assistant treasurer and assistant secretary; and Guerts will be secretary and assistant treasurer.

Edison Mission, a Santa Ana, Calif.-based owner, operator and leaser of a portfolio of electric generating facilities, filed for bankruptcy on Dec. 17, 2012. Its Chapter 11 case number is 12-49219.
