e. Digital extends maturity, drops warrant strike price on outstanding 12% notes

New York, July 14 - e. Digital Corp. has extended the maturity and reduced the strike price on the warrants related to its outstanding 12% subordinated promissory notes.

The maturity of the notes will be extended to Dec. 31, 2005 from July 1, 2005.

The strike price of the warrants will be reduced to $0.19 from $0.25.

The $1 million in promissory notes was originally issued on June 28, 2002.

Based in San Diego, e. Digital provides engineering and development services for original equipment manufacturers of digital electronics.
