Alcoa obtains consents to extend credit agreement to July 25, 2020

Norfolk, Va., July 13 – Alcoa Inc. received all required lender and issuer consents to extend the maturity date of its credit agreement to July 25, 2020 from July 25, 2019, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Citibank NA is the administrative agent.

Under the amendment, Alcoa agreed to pay each lender that agrees to extend its commitment to the first extended maturity date an upfront fee in the amount of 0.05% of the amount of that lender’s commitment as of the date that it agrees extend its commitment.

Alcoa is a New York-based aluminum producer.
