Edgenet receives court recognition of case name change to EI Wind Down

New York, July 11 – Edgenet, Inc. obtained recognition of its name change to EI Wind Down, Inc., according to a July 10 order with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Edgenet, an Atlanta-based provider of cloud-based content, applications and services, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 14. The Chapter 11 case number is 14-10066.
