New Issue: Ecuador prices $3 billion 10-year bonds at par to yield 7 7/8%

New York, Jan. 19 – Republic of Ecuador priced $3 billion of 10-year senior notes at par to yield 7 7/8% on Friday, according to market sources.

Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan were the joint bookrunners of the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes.
