EB Holdings (Eco-Bat) to sell €200 million 10-year PIK notes

St. Louis, Feb. 9 - EB Holdings, Inc., the 86.5% shareholder of Eco-Bat Technologies Ltd., announced in a late Wednesday press release that it plans to issue €200 million of 10-year senior PIK notes.

Proceeds will be used to fund a distribution to EB Holdings shareholders.

Eco-Bat Technologies is a United Kingdom-based battery recycler.
