Eco-Bat to start roadshow Thursday for €300 million five-year notes

Portland, Ore., Feb. 29 - Eco-Bat Technologies Ltd. plans to meet with investors at a breakfast in London on Thursday to pitch a €300 million offering of five-year senior notes (expected ratings B1/B), according to a market source.

Friday investor meetings are scheduled for Amsterdam and Paris.

The deal is expected to price on Friday.

Citigroup and Credit Suisse are the global coordinators and joint bookrunners. Barclays and ING are also joint bookrunners.

Credit Suisse will bill and deliver.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S for life notes will become callable in two years at par plus ¾ coupon.

The Derbyshire, England-based lead smelting company plans to use the proceeds to repay its revolver and for general corporate purposes.
