Moody's ups E-CL
Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded E-CL SA (Ex-Edelnor SA)'s issuer rating to Ba2 from Ba3.
The outlook is stable.
The upgrade is driven by the company's continued strong operating performance coupled with its strengthened corporate structure due to the company´s recent corporate reorganization, Moody's said.
The agency said it believes the new corporate structure will likely further enhance E-CL's operations and cash flow generation.
