Eclipse Aviation asset sale approval appealed

Pittsburgh, Feb. 2 - Eclipse Aviation Corp.'s asset sale approval order was appealed Monday by Dechant Aviation, Ltd. and Edward Sasso, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The sale was approved on Jan. 23.

Eclipse, an Albuquerque-based aircraft manufacturer, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 25. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-13031.
