Eclipse Aviation's official committee of unsecured creditors named

Pittsburgh, Dec. 8 - Eclipse Aviation Corp.'s official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by U.S. trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee is comprised of Gregory A. Frye of Hampson Aerospace, Inc., Grand Prairie, Texas; F. Scott Wilson of Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp., Quebec; Michael Cabral of Precision Aerostructures, Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; Jon Paris of Strategic Aeronautics, Prospect, Ky.; Gopal Gadodia, Indian Harbour Beach, Fla.; Kenneth W. Owens of Passport 500 LLC, Mount-Wilson, N.C.; and Joerg Koepping, c/o Schwenke & Partner, Hamburg, Germany.

Eclipse, an Albuquerque-based aircraft manufacturer, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 25. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-13031.
