Moody's changes outlook for four Irish banks to stable

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook to stable from negative on the Ba1 government-guaranteed debt of four Irish banks: Allied Irish Banks plc, Bank of Ireland, EBS Ltd. and Permanent tsb plc. The outlook on these banks' other ratings are unaffected.

This action follows Moody's change of outlook to stable from negative on Ireland's Ba1 government bond ratings.
