eAutoclaims issues additional warrants in connection with the exercise of $1.82 million existing warrants

New York, March 22 - eAutoclaims, Inc. has issued additional warrants after $1,818,752 in proceeds were received from the exercise of existing warrants.

For the exercise, eAutoclaims issued 8,200,359 new warrants, exercisable at $0.30 each for three years. The new warrants are callable if the company's stock trades above $0.62 for 10 consecutive trading days.

The 11,341,076 warrants that were exercised had strike prices ranging from $0.16 to $0.30.

Based in Oldsmar, Fla., eAutoclaims provides internet-based automobile collision claims services for insurance companies.

On Wednesday, the company's stock fell 2 cents to close at $0.29 (OTCBB: EACC).
